Dosage:
In Acute Spinal Cord Injury:30 Mg /Kg bolus for 15 minutes,then 5.4mg/kg/hour for 23 Hours,If patients admitted before 0 to 3 hours of injury and If patient is admitted after 3 hrs to 8 hrs of injury ,intial dose will be same but 5.4mg/kg/hr for 48 hours.
In Acute Asthama:40 Mg to 125 mg every 6 hourly or has suggested by Physician
